Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Lake came to the refuge from a high-kill shelter and is still adjusting to life at the refuge. Lake is an all black-kitty with a small burst of white on her chest. She would love nothing more than to find a peaceful, quiet home where she can relax and enjoy being loved by you, so come meet this sweet girl soon! Approx. DOB: 06/15/2016
If interested in adopting from the Goathouse Refuge, please plan to take the following steps required in our adoption process: 1. Come for a Visit: No appointment necessary: just drop by during our normal visiting hours of noon-3 PM. We're open seven days a week, including holidays, though we recommend that you come on the weekend if possible, as we have more volunteers available to assist. 2. Complete our online application: Visit our website (click link above or go to www.goathouserefuge.org under the 'adopt' tab). 3. Home Visit: All adoption applications will be reviewed by the refuge staff, and if the applicant seems to be a good fit for the cat(s) of interest, the refuge will contact the interested party to set up a home visit. Only after a representative of the refuge conducts a home visit will the refuge then consider continuing with the adoption process.

More about this rescue
