My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet ART pup Harlie!! This sweetie is about two years old and arrived at his ART foster home last month. They have been working on his self confidence and Harlie's doing GREAT! Harlie only weighs seven pounds and as most tiny dogs, he needs a loving home that will protect him for the remainder of his life. Harlie gets along well with dogs his size or slightly larger, but not medium to large dogs. He also is fine with cats.

His foster mom writes~ "He is a love bug, but is easily cowed by men, loud noises, and sharp looks. It is horrific to think someone made him feel so afraid. He has many puppy behaviors, but he is house trained - if they pay attention. He knows his name and when it's time to eat.
He loves his walks! But yes, he will bark when people come in. But he's so much better than he was. If the guy will sit on the floor - just sit - with treats, he comes around pretty quickly now.
He is easily the most lovable, sweetest dog we've seen."
