Bella is a sweet loving girl who unfortunately was surrendered due to a family member’s illness. She has a great personality and loves human attention. She is happiest when interacting with her human friends. She is a Labrador retriever who is 6 years old. She has short shiny black fur and weighs in at 75 pounds.
Though she is now in a different environment she has not lost her confidence. She gets along with her canine friends. She enjoys playing in the yard with them as well as fetching toys thrown by her caregivers. She has a medium amount of energy, as you might expect with her age and maturity. (She is past the lab pup stage!).
Bella is house broken and is neat in her living area. (Please remember that even trained dogs may have an occasional accident as they adjust to a new home and new routine). She has been working on crate training skills as well as leash walking. She will need someone who has the patience and time to continue to provide the right guidance to help her master these skills.
She has adjusted quite well to life in her southern kennel when you think about her having lost her longtime home but she obviously longs for a family. Whenever she sees her caregivers she lets them know with her cries how much she wants their attention and affection. Bella is an awesome lab with much potential to be a great addition to a loving family. She just needs the chance to prove it. Are you the family for Bella? If yes, read on!
The fee for adoption is $450. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and transport fees.
