My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wookie was surrendered to us because he had a broken back leg and the owners could not afford his care. Because care was denied he got pressure sores from the splint and infection set in. Wookie was vetted by Med Vet in Columbus and they had to put screws and plates in his back leg. Because of his small size and his injuriy, Wookie will not go to a home with small children or larger animals. He is now in foster care and going through PT. He will be fully vetted before he can be adopted but we want to give him time to heal from the leg surgery. If interested in Wookie please email littleyorkierescue@yahoo.com.
