Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
”Introducing Gus!
Gus is a happy little puppy that found himself staring down the tires of a car, narrowly escaping with his life. He was double lucky that day, as the driver happened to work at a vet clinic! He brought him in and found the matted, dirty little pup had no microchip.
With no home to be found, the little guy was given a spa day, and a clean bill of health! He is around 10 months old, heart worm negative and up to date on vaccines, and is neutered, microchipped, and given a summer haircut (he will probably need occasional haircuts).
It is pretty clear that while Gus loves people, he hasn’t had many kind interactions with him. He is quickly learning that it’s okay to be picked up, that getting called over means pets and love (not something bad!). Also, walks on a leash are great! While he is initially wary of some new things, he warms up very quickly and wants nothing more than to be loved on. And toys? He thinks toys are the bees knees, and is very quickly learning fetch!
Gus would do best in a home with at least one other dog to play with and continue to show him the ropes. He is currently in a foster with 2 other dogs and a cat, and gets along with them well. Plus, his best friend is an 80lb pitbull! He is doing well on potty training, and is past the destructive puppy chewing stages. He would do best with older children since some things are still a bit scary to him, and he is learning not to mouth hands as puppy’s do.
Gus is thriving whilst learning what a real home filled with love is like, and is the perfect in-between of still having a fun-filled puppy, but skipping past the potty-training and chewing furniture!”
