Meet Missie! This sweet girl came into our rescue in very poor condition. She
was badly matted, covered in stains, had nails curling under, and had to undergo
surgery to remove her left eye. She lost most of her teeth during her dental.
Despite all these challenges, Missie has proven herself to be a sweet. kind, and
gentle little companion. She is estimated to be about 10 years old and weighs
about 7 lbs. She walks well on a leash and is quickly picking up on potty
training and house manners. Missie is looking for the best home imaginable with
someone who is dedicated to providing her with all the love, safety, and care
that she deserves. 

At the present, Missie is being treated for heartworms. This baby has had such a hard life, but SCMR is determined to give her the best for the rest of it. Her treatment should be completed by the end of December and she'll be ready for the home she so deserves.

This little angel is being loved and cared for in Chattanooga, TN.
