Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Baker is a 2-3 year old beagle. He is house broken, plays fetch, and sits on command. He loves to play with other dogs and is pretty indifferent to cats. He doesn't engage or bother them. Baker loves to run and play and has a true beagle "arooo" bark. We are still working on some manners, but he has good fundamentals. He happily sleeps in his crate at night as long as you’re near by. He has learned "go to bed" and runs in his crate to get his treat and is a gentleman all night. He sits patiently in the morning until his crate is opened. He loves to jump up on tables and chairs like a little goat and is still learning the "off" command. He is young and will develop into a well trained dog with patience and consistency. He does have some possession aggression and trust issues with humans. He doesn’t seem to have any possession aggression with other dogs. He will need to be gently persuaded with a treat or something of more value to drop your chewed up sock. Once he warms up to you he is a cuddle bug. He loves to lay on the couch and snuggle in the evenings. Baker would do best with another playful dog.
