My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pablo and his buddy Tulip were walking smack in the middle of a very busy Houston road dodging traffic. A friend of the rescue was finally able to get them to safety after 30 minutes of coaxing. Both are very sweet and loving. At that point, we were not sure if they were a bonded pair or if they hooked up on the streets, but they have been in their foster home and although they are very bonded with each other we think they would also do okay being adopted separately. Pablo walks well on the leash and is potty-trained. He weighs 7 pounds and is estimated to be 5-6 years old. Pablo is a Chihuahua mix. Pablo is very serious, but playful and he loves to go for walks and cuddle. His favorite place is in your lap cuddling against you--he is older, a little more serious but is so VERY VERY sweet. He likes/tolerates other dogs. He is not terribly fond of cats--but more on the "barky" side than actually harming a cat. He would be great for someone who is looking for a lap dog and someone to cuddle with on a cold night!
