My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepe is an adorable chihuahua mix who is 2.5 years old and 14 lbs of pure love. He is a loving guy ! Pepe is housetrained and crate trained which is amazing because he lived a hard life before coming to Darling Paws. Pepe was a street dog and ate whatever he could to survive. Our foster would see Pepe and leave food for him and one day he trusted her enough to let her pick him up.

Pepe was loaded with flea and was found heartworm positive. He was starving. Our kind fosters helped him get stronger and recover from heartworm. He is now in NJ ! This boy is a real miracle. Pepe isn't great with cats so we are passing on the felines. He is neutered, microchipped and a huge cuddler !
