Hello, my name is Romeo! I am big boy with a big and adventurous heart! I love to go out to the park and explore the fields and (my all time favorite), play in the water! I truly believe I was born to swim...I would swim all day if I was allowed to! I love to dive under to get rocks from the bottom of the creeks, and I love playing a good ole' game of fetch, too! I will retrieve anything you throw into the water! I am looking for a home with no kids or cats, however, I do get along with other dogs and enjoy their company! I would love a family who is very outdoorsy and adventurous just like me, and who has strong dog handling experience. I am a smart boy and I can't wait to show you everything that I know!

Romeo's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, microchip and current vaccinations plus a 6 week basic obedience course at Cedar Run in Hiawatha, IA. Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor pets only, altered and kept current on vaccinations and preventatives.  Our adoption process includes reference and vet checks, a background check and a home visit.  Please complete an adoption application for consideration at AdoptHope.org
