My story

Age: 8 months

Max is a 15" beagle that is still in his puppy stage. He loves to play chase and fetch, as well as go for good walks around the neighborhood. He gets along well with other dogs, since he has a very friendly personality. He did come to us as an owner surrender, so family with teenage kids or retired couple would be ideal. I prefer to adopt him out to a home with another dog or a stay home family. Please no young children since he tends to play bite, something we are working with him about.

He enjoys snuggling up to you on the bed at night and during the day enjoys to sleep on the arm rest of the couch as seen in the picture below. He is house-trained, and does sleep well in a crate after about 5-10 minutes of whimpering that he does.

He still needs some basic training, so the $100 refundable training deposit will be enforced. Once training has been completed and certificate proof sent to us, we will refund you the $100. He does like to bark at the squirrels and at the neighbor when they take in the trash.

Max has all his basic shots and is neutered. If you fit the requirements, please fill out the Online Adoption Application for consideration.
