Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Meet Olivia
Age: 10yrs; Sex: Female; Breed: Border collie; Activity level: Active Senior; Weight: 45 lbs; Coat: Rough Blonde/White. Olivia is a sweet natured, loving companion who was a one-owner queen until very recently as her previous owners were having hard times and welcoming a new baby and just couldn’t care for her properly. It broke their hearts to let her go but they knew someone would love her as much as they did. How could someone not love her sweet face!? Olivia is the epitome of calm, cool, and collected. She knows many tricks and commands such as sit, shake, and lay down. If you say “go to bed” she will either get in her crate or lay on her bed, just point her in the direction you want! Olivia loves people, especially kids, but she prefers to have all of the attention, walks, bones, car rides and dog beds to herself, sharing in life with another pup has not really been her thing. Her favorite time of day is walk time and car rides! So much so that if she even hears the “W” word, she smiles from ear to ear eagerly walking nicely stride by stride and she will go for a few miles, age is just a number after all. Her one quick on leash is that she is not into dogs coming over and smelling her, she will snap, so please mind her manners and redirect her around the corner or up a drive way with treats and some tricks! She just wants to do her own thing on a walk. At home, Olivia is as quiet as a church mouse, ready to cuddle at your feet and belly rubs. She is also crate trained but she can be trusted loose when you’re at work or out for errands and loves a good crate nap. She would also love to ride along wherever you’re going! She does well in the car and is excited to see where she’ll end up! As long as she is with you, she is as happy as she could be and she does some fetching too! Olivia is up to date on vaccines, on heart worm and flea and she is altered. Her needs: only dog home, cats unknown, someone who works from home would be ideal or comes home for lunch and has that time to spend with her or an active retire. A 5 foot fence is required, condo should be OK as long as the dog action isn’t heavy duty and something she just doesn’t want to deal with being a queen. Loves children but babies are tough they make so many noises and movements so kids 6 and up is best and YES she wants to LIVE INDOORS. There is an application to complete and home visit if applicable. Her adoption donation is $100.
