My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nori. Nori is a female 3 year old black & white smooth coated purebred Border Collie. Nori was an owner surrender to the shelter because her people were moving and couldn’t take her with them. Nori was beyond filthy, and it was apparent her people hadn’t paid much attention to her for quite some time.

What a nice girl Nori is. She was a bit nervous when she first came into our rescue program. All it took was a few kind words and she immediately turned around. Nori is well socialized with people and loves to be doted upon. She’s great with other dogs, and loves to play with her foster siblings. Nori has not been evaluated with cats or small children.

Nori has nice manners, walks well on a leash, and knows her basic obedience. Her temperament is even keel, and she is not over the top in energy. Nori is the type of dog that will do anything you ask of her, whether it is a hike or just lying next to your while watching TV. She doesn’t care what she does, as long as it includes her person. This is a dog that wants to forge a close bond with her person.

She’s a real gem. You won’t find a more loyal and loving K9 companion.
