Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DYON is a 1.5-year-old neutered male yellow lab. Dyon weighs 100 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.
DESCRIPTION Dyon was very excited and pulled on his leash when he was first taken out of his kennel for his assessment at the shelter (typical young Lab). But Dyon was very responsive to treats and calmed down when he was away from the kennel areas and had a chance to exercise. So, training (possibly with an easy walk harness) and adequate exercise will be good for Dyon. Dyon was fine when he was handled during his assessment. Dyon loves his food, so he should be fed alone. Dyon was tested on lead with other dogs at the shelter and was fine. He doesn't quite realize that his size can be intimidating, but he took corrections and offered the other dogs space until they were more comfortable. Dyon's previous owner said he was OK with cats when he was around them, so he may be OK with cats. Dyon's previous home had kids ages 3 months, 2 years, and 4 years, but since Dyon's excitable, he's approved for kids ages 10 and up. From transporter: Dyon is a big boy who loved everyone he met on the ride.
