My story

This boy, with the infectious smile is "Mack" ♥ Mack is an overly loving Retriever (with perhaps some Basenji or Carolina dog influence) who would do best in an active family setting. Mack loves to run, jump, and play, with the other dogs in his foster home. He enjoys lots of free time outside to watch birds and chase squirrels :O For this reason a contained yard is best.  Mack is a dog that just wants to be loved and will roll over for anyone who will give him belly rubs. He is very wiggly, bouncy, and is generous with his kisses. Mack does have some mild possession issues with food and toys with other dogs. His foster is working with him on that but anyone considering adding him to a be a companion dog should be mindful. Mack is crate trained and has had no accidents in his foster home. Mack is dog and kitty friendly, does well on leash and great snuggler. With some continued training, this guy will be a loyal gem of a companion.
