Duque is an 8 month old ball of energy and is one sweetheart pup who will absolutely steal your heart within minutes with those scruffy goodlooks! He loves to play with dogs and loves to be with people even more. Duque thoroughly enjoys his daily games of fetch and zooms around the yard hoping those games will never end. This little rockstar is still learning leash and challenges even the most patient person. It's more of a drag, versus a walk. He likes to roll around in the grass or try his level best to trip you. But with each day he gets better. When he’s not busy playing or testing your patience on a walk, Duque does have his quiet moments and loves to cuddle up beside you or a furry friend. He is still working on his housetraining and has been improving. It takes a wee bit to teach him which door is the outside one...but he'll catch on. This scruffy boy is a very smart pup, a quick learner and can be vocal when he wants attention. Based on his back-talk, we think there's a husky hidden in the somewhere. We would love for his adopter to be someone that is home more often than not, or to be in a home with another dog as he is so great with other dogs and is very playful. We think he might be bored with extended alone time. We love this little guy and we know the perfect family is out there.

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.

NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
