Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tito... a cute little 7-year-old Chiweenie... a Dachshund and Chihuahua mix. Tito is currently in a foster home with other dogs, and gets along with everybody... human and canine alike. A home with another dog will be fine for Tito, or a single-dog family will also be suitable, just as long as he has human companionship during the day.
Tito is housetrained, and currently does not use a crate at his foster home. A home where someone is home much of the day will probably be best for Tito, since he's a little boy and needs to go out to 'potty' on a regular schedule. Tito is currently a little 'chunky', so a family who can supply him with some walking and exercise will be best to help him get in shape.
Tito is in good health, and is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, current on his Rabies and DHP/Parvo vaccines. He tested negative for heartworms and is on heartworm and flea prevention.
Tito’s adoption fee is $225.00.
Forever Home Canine Rescue offers a 3-week trial period with all our adoptions, just to be sure that the pet is a good match for the adoptive family. The fee is refunded if the adoption does not work out within the trial period. We want to be sure that each of our pets will have the perfect “forever” home!

Forever Home Canine Rescue adopts out-of-state, but we never “ship” or “transport” our pets. An approved adopter must come to North Carolina to meet their new canine companion and then take him/her back home with them.
