Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Otis is the sweetest pup! He was rescued off the euth list in rural Texas, in a high kill shelter. Found dragging a dirty rope, skin and bones, with a bum eye. Because of it, he's now blind in one eye.
He loves being loved on. He's just a big goofy puppy! He likes car rides but needs to be restrained to a seat. He doesn't know how to play with toys yet, but he enjoys a stick now and then. He;s working hard on his leash manners and he's coming along nicely, although he will need continued work. He is a bit weary of strangers but warms up quickly. He's a fence jumper and can never be left unsupervised in the backyard. He's also a Houdini getting out of his harness. He's certainly a man of many talents!
He's good with other dogs with proper intros. His foster has brought him to her office to socialize him and he's done quite well. He's not a fan of being crated. It takes him 15-20 minutes to really settle down.
Otis is a Labrador Retriever mix, 60 lbs and about 1.5 years old.
He is currently in Tennessee, but transport can be arranged to an approved adopter!
