Cicero is a 4-year-old male sun conure. He can be nice if he likes you. To others he can be nippy. Sudden movements can scare him and he can be unpredictable. He loves his toys, especially ones with bells and those he can shred. If you sing to him, he will bob his head and dance. He likes to chatter, and if you listen closely, he may say a few words.
