Frankie Special Needs Pup

We think Frankie is just too adorable! He is the sweetest Maltese mix about a year old and weighing 19 pounds. Frankie loves everyone and everyone loves him. He is quite social and enjoys playtime with all the dogs he meets. He loves hanging with the big boys as well as the puppies in the playground. Frankie has a medium energy level and enjoys all the fun stuff but also getting cuddles from his humans. When rescued by our sister organization in Mexico, Frankie had a lumbar fracture which was probably the result of an auto accident. He is fine now and fully recovered except for an occasional incontinence problem. Frankie has been neutered, dewormed and vaccinated and he is ready for a forever home of his own.
