Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beautiful Billie came to us after being spotted at a gas station eating scraps of chicken. After she was trapped we scanned her and a microchipped came up! Yay!! Unfortunately, her owner did not want her back which we believe is for the best. They were trying to give her away for free on Facebook just a month prior...around the same time the gas station attendants said they started seeing her.
Billie is estimated to be around 9 years old, but she’s spry and has spirit, loves to cuddle and have her head scratched. She’s a great small/medium size aka “smedium”! She does well in a crate but prefers to be around her people.
We’d love to find a forever family for Billie that will love her and never abandon her again. She would do great in a home with older kids or friendly pups to run and chase or an adopter to take leisurely walks with and enjoy the Texas sunset.
If that sounds like you and your family, please fill out our adoption application.
