My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

KARLI is a 4-year-old spayed female chocolate lab. Karli weighs 31 but needs to add 10-12 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.

DESCRIPTION Karli is good with other dogs. From her transporters - a very sweet girl who's tail keeps wagging. A little quiet but very sweet.

Update: Karli enjoys the companionship and playtime of another dog, but she doesn't require one. Karli is crated when foster mom runs errands and works for a few hours. She protests a bit with some whining but settles down shortly after. She would not do well if left crated for long periods of time. She is still a young girl and will find something to occupy her time if she is bored. Karli walks very well on leash and enjoys walking about the quiet neighborhood. Loud noises tend to startle her so a harness and firm hold of the leash is important. Karli prefers woman and takes a while to warm up to men but does fine once she knows them. She is house trained and will let you know when she needs to go out. Karli is extremely lovable! She loves to run and play. She met a neighborhood puppy and they had a wonderful romping play date. She is super sweet and looking for a family who will give her all the love and attention she desires!
