Baxter is an energetic 13 year old boy Maltese/Yorkie. We found him wandering downtown Salt Lake 9 years ago. Baxter is a great protector. He is loyal and aware of his surroundings. He is partially blind and deaf but still navigates like a pup. He likes to be with the family laying around.
