My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonita is a 7.5 lb. Chihuahua that was rescued from PBAC where she was in the back of the shelter on death row. We estimate Bonita's age to be around 8 years old (given her energy levels and condition of her teeth). Bonita LOVES attention and would do best in a home where she can be by your side as much as possible! She is what we call a "velcro" dog and gets very attached fast! She likes to be around other dogs once she gets to know them. She would do best in a home where someone can be home with her most of the day (I.e., works from home, is a stay-at-home mom, etc.). She is currently finishing her heartworm treatment and has a back leg injury that makes her lift her back leg at times when walking.
