My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Heidi is a four year old Shepard- Laborador mix (with a hint of Husky, we think- because of that neat blue eye!) whose loving and sweet disposition just shines, despite the hardships she has had to endure.

Heidi is about 5 years old and is an adoring girl-- she loves attention and loves to return it with her own kisses. Unfortunately for Heidi, she started out the first part of her life living alone in an outside pen. Despite being left alone most of the time, she has demonstrated a wonderful disposition towards her previous owner's grand-daughter. Heidi was given an opportunity to also spend time with smaller dogs and did very well with them too!!

Unfortunately, Heidi is facing an even a greater hardship-- her owner is moving into a nursing home and cannot bring Heidi with her, so Heidi needs a forever home as soon as possible!! Heidi has proven to do well with kids and small dogs (we are not sure about large dogs or cats yet), she is up to date on her shots and has been fully vetted!
