Torro is a great pup who has already come a long way for his short, but tough, life. Fortunately, he has already moved forward, and is ready for a home to call his own! Torro definitely likes to run and play but what really makes him stand out is how smart he is-- he learns new things quickly and for a young pup he shows a willingness to learn that is so amazing!
Torro didn't always have it easy, he clearly was not treated well by humans in his past life, as he can be hesitant around new people that he has never met. Fortunately, in the short amount of time we have been fostering him he has already come a long way... thankfully, he has quickly realized that humans can be kind too!! Once he does warm up to you, he is very affectionate and he becomes a World-Class cuddler.... and then he cannot get close enough! One favorite thing he recently discovered is how much he loves being hugged and scratched under his chin! So he is quickly learning the kindness of us humans....
The other wonderful things about Torro-- aside from him being smart, obedient and affectionate, is that he is great with other dogs and great with kids!! So he would make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a companion!
Torro is a beautiful boy with amazing black and white markings that really stand out. He will need someone special who can be patient and understanding, and someone who can continue to work with him to help him continue to realize how wonderful people truly can be.
Will you be that person to give Torro a wonderful and loving home he has never had?

**The pet listing system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each dog based on personality, not breed label.
