Meet Zoe! A playful lab mix who can't wait to find her forever home! Zoe is 2 years old and, at 70 lbs, a big bundle of love!! Zoe has the most soulful brown eyes, just begging for affection! Zoe loves to be close to people, so she will gladly cuddle up for belly rubs as much as possible. Zoe is wonderful with kids, and adores kids, and she is a very smart pup! Zoe know how to sit and lie down on command, and also knows how to shake hands, roll over and can speak.
Zoe can be a bit shy with some adults initially and other dogs. Although we have had Zoe since she was 8 weeks old, she can be skittish around strangers. She will often time come up and greet a new person with a bark, wag her tail and then will run away and hide. We have figured out that the way to get her to warm up and earn her trust is to play fetch with her—she loves this!! Once you start playing with her, she is your friend for life!!
We are in search of a loving family who will love Zoe, and be patient with her sometimes shy disposition. Zoe loves to run and play, and go for walks, so she seeks someone who can take her on long walks; and someone who can continue to spend time socializing her to play with dog friends. Zoe comes with all her shots up-to-date, and is she is even bathed every two to three weeks, where she is known and loved so much.
Zoe loves to be close to people, so she will gladly cuddle up for belly rubs as much as possible. You won't regret opening your home and your heart to this gorgeous pup and I promise you she will light up your life as only she knows how to do!

**The pet listing system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each dog based on personality, not breed label.
