Hi I’m Bindi, a 2 year old Border Collie Mix female. I am a very sweet girl who loves my people and is eager to please. 

Bindi is your classic Border Collie personality who is playful, energetic and SMART. She can be timid when meeting new people but warms up quickly. Bindi is also good with dogs but can also take time to warm up, she also enjoys her personal space. Bindi would make the ideal hiking partner as she is a good listener, stays close and has the athletic physique. Bindi also LOVES playing fetch play!

Bindi weighs 36 lbs and has a cute natural bobbed tail. When she came into foster care, she was clearly a mother and lived a hard life. Her ideal people would be someone who is herding dog savvy, patient, has time for training and engagement and someone who lives an active lifestyle; MUST BE BORDER COLLIE SAVVY!

Bindi is leash trained, house trained and knows some basic commands like “sit” and “come”. Like I said, she is VERY eager to please and learns fast! She is a very good girl and is a lot of fun to have around but she does show some separation anxiety and is needy. We are working on crate training to acknowledge this and she is taking to her crate well. She needs to be in a house with NO CATS. Bindi is healthy, spayed, chipped and up-to-date on vaccines.
