Hey there, I’m Ellie or Ellie Mae! I’m a 3 year old shepherd mix. I’m a sweet girl looking for a great home to call my own! I’m good with other dogs and cats too and currently I am being fostered on a ranch with lots of other animals and I love them to. I am great with kids of all ages. When I arrived into the rescue I gave birth the next day to 10 puppies who have all been adopted. I thought I found a furever home but it didn’t work out as they left the door open and I ran out on a cold night, I was looking for my foster mom who loved me and my puppies. Because of the experience I ended up with frost bit on my foot and had to have it amputated. So now I am a tripod but that doesn’t slow me down. I love to play fetch and love to go for walks and mostly I just want to be loved as my previous owner wasn’t very nice to me. I do need a fenced yard or I love to go on adventures. I know all of my basic commands and am housebroken. Trustworthy on free roam. I am a loving dog and just looking for a family who would love to hang out with my three-legged self.

All adopted pets are current with rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations. All of our rescued pets are micro~chipped and spay or neutered. While some of our pets available have been treated for heart worm or tested heart worm negative all of our pets will be current on heart worm preventative. All heart worm information is available to all applicants as this information is crucial to the well being of the pet.
