My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roxy is a wonderful, friendly, good-natured female dog estimated to be 2-1/2 years old. She is an Anatolian Shepherd/Boxer mix, at least that is what she looks like to the volunteers at the rescue. The vet listed her as a Gr. Pyrenees mix. Not sure about that! She weighed in at 75 pounds. She was spayed, received her boosters and was heartworm tested. Unfortunately she tested positive, but the vet wrote "light positive, no microfilariae seen." Please don't stop that from adopting her though.

Roxy was found wandering in a city neighborhood and the people who found her tried to find her family but to no avail. She recently arrived at Gail's Pets and is getting to know everybody. Roxie loves to play with toys of all kinds and likes it when you throw it over and over again. She will bring it back to you and drop it. She knows sit.

Roxy would make a great dog for any size family. She is a true sweetheart.
