Pepsi is an almost 7 year old Yorkie who was rescued when he was 1 year old due to his owner moving out of state. He needs to be in a home where he’s the only dog. He attacked a 10 year old 2.5 lb Yorkie for the second time a few weeks ago and just attacked another female Yorkie where he’s lived for the last 5 years. He’s microchipped, neutered and UTD with all his shots and just had a dental about 5 months ago. He will come with a Seresto collar so he’ll be covered for the 2019 flea season, a dog bed and blanket and a few sweaters and toys. Again, he needs to be the ONLY dog in the home or, he needs to be with someone who has experience with terriers and has the time to possibly work with a trainer to help with these issues. He’s a really sweet dog but he’s too unpredictable around the other dogs and his owner can’t take the chance of him hurting the other dogs. He’d be a great companion for someone who’s maybe retired and home a lot. He loves to be by you and cuddle, loves to have his hair brushed and sleep under the covers and climb underneath blankets. He does wear a belly band due to some marking issues but, this may change if he’s the only dog in the home. He also takes 1/2 a Prozac pill daily. He’s been on this for 2 years to help with some anxiety issues and for him not to attack. Walmart has this prescription available for $4.00 a month. He may be able to come off this medication once he’s the only dog in the home. The home he goes to should have experience with the terrier breed. A thorough home and vet check and a meet and greet are a must.
