Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tanya (F) Approx. DOB 5/2/17
Tanya is a sweet, awkward, precious darling. She gets quite animated when the canned food snaps open, and falls down. She’s very enthusiastic about chasing string, and trips. She becomes very keyed up trying to run down the stairs, and her back end zigs while her front zags. This wonderful girl wants to be everywhere, participate in everything, and snuggle, gently. She likes everyone she meets, and is a favorite with foster kittens. The fact it takes her multiple tries to get up on the bed does not faze her, she’s not bothered by the cards she was dealt but rather savors life to the fullest. You see Tanya was born with a mild case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH) which occurs when the part of the brain which controls fine motor skills and coordination is not completely mature. CH in cats is non-progressive, meaning it does not get worse with age. In fact lots of them can improve as they get older. These kitties tend to have an unusual gait (high step or waddle), occasional balance loss and may have subtle head tremors when nervous, excited or focusing on something. While Tanya does have a funny gait (sometimes her back end works independently from the rest of her body), she gets around without a problem. You may not even notice until she starts running around playing and his back end sways to the sides. She seems to have a little trouble jumping and does get off balance sometimes but other than that she is just like a normal kitten. Although this girl is sweet as can be, she despises getting her nails trimmed and having flea meds applied. It is best to have 2 people assigned to these tasks so it goes much more smoothly.
