My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Anyone remember little puppy Bella from back in last June? Unfortunately she is back with us due to her high energy being too much for her family to handle.

Bella is a Boxer-American bulldog mix who is just turning 1 year old. She's grown into a sturdy 62 pounds but under all that stocky muscle, she is a big sweetheart. Bella loves to give slobbery kisses and ask for pets. She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home and has had no problems sharing her toys. She likes to tear up stuffies but does well with super chewer toys and kongs.

She's highly food motivated and loves all the treats she can gets. She'll sit, shake, lay down and roll over if you ask her with a treat. She does need to work to learn not to jump and to walk on a leash better, but so far foster mom has been happy with how well she's doing.

Bella does have a lot of energy to burn, but after all the playtime is over she's content to lay by foster mom on the couch and take a snooze. She would do best in a home that has time to adequately exercise her everyday. Small children are not recommended due to her size and her tendency to jump and knock them over.

She is fully potty trained, up to date on her shots, spayed, and does OK in her kennel
This dog's adoption fee is $250.
