Poor Ruger was dumped at an abandoned house in freezing cold weather in Franklin County. He was very emaciated and scared to death. The neighbors gave him a cardboard box, blankets, and food.. we finally got the call to come and rescue him and after a few days of food and warm shelter we finally gained his trust.
