Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Helllllooooo everybodyyy! My name is Chicken!
I am very excited to tell you guys about myself! I am quite the catch. I’m about 11 months old & while my breed is kind of up in the air, my best guess would be Lab X Terrier. My size is pretty perfect, I’m around 35-40 lbs, perfect for people who want a big dog but also want a lap dog!
I love other dogs, but it takes me a second to warm up. While I’m a very excited, happy boy, I do have my shy moments. I am very eager to please and eager to learn. I’m extremely treat motivated! Some of my foster people have already started me on basic manners, & I’m doing great! I’m currently living it up at a dog daycare where I get to spend all my time playing with other dogs, which has really helped my nervousness around new friends. I do alright in a crate but I could use some work, however I am potty trained & don’t fall into the category of being a destructive puppy. I’d be happy to be a free roam dog, but if I have doggie siblings a crate might be a good idea, because I’m a hungry boy & don’t really like sharing my food!
Really I’m just a cute, snuggly kid who would love to have a family of my very own. While I love to snuggle my people, I would also love to be part of a family who’s active & enjoys adventures!
Do you think that could be you?
Don’t chicken out on me! (Do you guys see what I did there? Do you see how funny I am? I’ll be sure to always keep my new family smiling & laughing!)
I have been in Utah now for over 60 days patiently waiting for a furever family, so please, if you’re looking to love me, I’m ready for you!
