My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

George is around 4. He generally likes other dogs but does need proper introductions to them and is not a "dog park dog." He needs slow intros to new people to be set up for success, this means that anyone who is new to George will have to be okay with taking it slow. But once he trusts you, he’s very sweet and snuggly. No kids for George. He likes to run, walk, hike, swim and is an all around great adventure buddy. He would do best with a fenced in yard and it is a requirement to adopt him; the more time he spends outside, the happier he is. He knows his basic commands and walks well on leash!

PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT GEORGE IF:
-ANYONE under 18 lives in your home
-You have roommates
-You are against crates
-You are not open to balanced training
-You do not have a fenced in yard

*PLEASE NOTE: All dogs are in foster care all over MA. They are NOT at the cat shelter, which is the address listed on Petfinder. There are ONLY cats there. We do not set up meet and greets with dogs until after you've been approved to adopt. Please do not email asking us if you can come by and meet a dog the same day.*
