Courtesy Listing: Tootsie is a spayed 3 years old Corgi/Blue Heeler. She has a long tail; short legs of a Corgi. Tootsie loves to smile and talk. She is shy around new people, but warms up quick. Tootsie loves to sit in your lap and be petted. She has high energy and needs an active family. Tootsie does NOT like to be picked up. She will need to have a refresher course in dog obedience.
