My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there. My name is Kuba, and I'm pretty cute (or so everyone says. I think they’ve got it right.)

I’m a 17 month old, 26 pound Golden-doodle. Funny name for a breed, but it means I don’t shed much and I’m pretty hypo-allergenic. I have a playful personality. I love my stuffy toys and like to see how far I can throw them in the air or across the room. I wag my tail all the time. I get along well with everyone and with other dogs as well. I am crate-trained and know my basic commands. Oh yes, I never pee in the house. (I know you will appreciate that.)

My favourite thing is greeting new people. I may seem a bit excitable at first, but you just arrived, and I’m happy. Pretty soon I will calm down and become my adorable, carefree self.

I was purchased from a breeder in Chilliwack and I have been with my current owners my whole life. Unfortunately, they have a son with some learning disabilities and need to give him more attention. That means less time for me. Less play time and fewer walks. I love my walks. They don’t want to give me up, but they have to care for their son. I understand that. I just hope I will find some equally wonderful people to take care of me. Maybe that’s you!
