Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Logan. Logan is a 4-5 year old aussie who came to our rescue in Virginia but is currently fostering in Bristol, VT. He is the biggest love bug ever and dreams of ways to get in my lap for cuddles.
He knows sit and down and waits at the door to go out. He has great house manners when someone is home but needs to be crated if his people go out because he gets very worried and tends to chew when he's worried.
Logan does get CBD oil in his meals to help with being anxious and it is helping greatly. He will come with a bottle as well as information on where to purchase it in the future. He is crate trained, house trained and a super wonderful fun dog.
He would do best with an active adopter who wants to be out doing things with a pup by his or her side. He needs an adopter who can either take him to work with them or is home a lot since he gets worried when he can't find his people. A fenced yard and another friendly pup in the house who is confident might also be great for him to have.
He loves to jump up and give hugs. We are working on this and he is learning to sit when he wants attention instead of jumping up on people or dancing on his hind legs. He is doing very well with this and only forgets when he gets super excited.
He recently went to the groomers all by himself and he was amazing. The blow drier was a little scary and he barked at it but a few treats and some extra cuddles helped him feel better.
If you think Logan could be a good fit for your family please fill out an application to adopt at https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-applica… His adoption fee is $490 and all proceeds go towards saving another rescue pup.
