Oakley is a 3 year old male red merle Australian Shepherd.
He is neutered and up to date on his immunizations and he is housebroken. He is not good with other dogs or cats and we don’t recommend small children. Oakley loves to be outside running around and playing with his soccer ball. He loves to ride in the car and loves hiking walking and swimming. He is an Aussie so he loves to be active.

Oakley does not like city life and needs to live on a farm or in a rural area with life is slower and quieter. The city life causes him anxiety which manifests itself as fear aggression. The more active he has been, the less anxiety he experiences.

Oakley is such a good dog. He loves his stuffed animals and takes treats very gently. He has never destroyed anything when left home alone and loves to snuggle with his humans. Once his ‘jobs’ are done, he will settle in with you for the night .

Oakley needs an Aussie or herding breed savvy owner, that understands his energy, intelligence and need to have a job. We love him so much, but the city life is not for him and we want him to be happy.
