Hello friends! My name is Fender. I’m four years old, and I’m a very cool guy, if I do say so myself. I am pretty friendly – you can ask anyone who meets me. I’m very curious and like to follow you around to see what you are doing. You know, just to make sure you’re doing it right. They tell me I make a great cupboard mouse inspector! I love to play with all sorts of different toys, but my most favourite thing is to cuddle in your lap while we watch TV together. Right there on your lap – that’s my favourite place. My foster family said I give great hugs too! I have been hanging out with a couple friendly cats at the adoption centre. After the customary initial hisses, we all get along and pretty much ignore each other - until the day we hunted a big spider together! Man, that was fun! I’m an excellent bug hunter. I would have to say that I’d be ok as an only cat or in a home with friendly cats. I would prefer a calm adult home or one with older respectful children.

I became homeless when my owner could no longer take care of me. It was sad to lose my human, but I understand it happens sometimes. I just can’t wait to find my new forever family now. I’ll be sure to help you hunt any spiders that come along.
