Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Millie! Those ears, aren’t they the best?!! This petite 7.5 lb girl has the softest fur, almost chinchilla-like. We don’t know anything about her past 7 years of life other than she was on death row at a rural Mo. shelter and her time was up. S.O.A.R. stepped up just in time & literally saved her life. Our family has had the honor of fostering this little nugget for the last 4 months while she's gone through the process of being treated for heart-worms. She has really come out of her shell and shown us her silly little personality....she makes us laugh every day! She knows the basic idea of potty training but needs to be watched so she doesn't have an accident.
Mill's is mostly a lazy kinda girl & would be perfectly content being carried around or snoozing on a lap! The ideal home will have older kids (or none), she is good with kids but they stress her out a little bit. Unlike the Chihuahua stereotype, Millie isn't "nippy" or "yappy" she just wants a calm home and a family to call her own. She's not a fan of being crated, it causes her anxiety. In her foster home she lives with a chihuahua mix & lab mix and gets along great with both...well actually she mostly ignores them!
