My story

Meet Mason! This golden eyed hunk comes to us from one of the Humane Societies we work with. Mason was confiscated by animal control because he not being properly cared. He is a medium to high-energy dog who will need a home committed to daily walks or a large fenced in yard with room for him to run. He loves to play fetch Mason does well in a crate unless he hears other dogs playing, then he wants to be part of the hullabaloo and will let you know. Speaking of other dogs, Mason plays great with dogs who are medium sized and larger. With his drive, we do not recommend him in a home with small dogs, animals or cats. He is not aware of his size (about 85 pounds), so would do best in a home with children who are very steady on their feet. Mason is a housebroken, neutered black and tan male who is around 22 months old. He is up to date on; vaccines, flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Mason is working on his basic commands and would benefit from a basic 4 to 6 week obedience class in his new home. He also needs work on his leash skills as he tends to pull when he encounters things that excite him.
