This gorgeous 9-year-old ginger is named Ember.

She's a shy, anxious, very sweet girl who is currently a bit too stressed out with the irreversible changes happening in her household. That stress has lead to elimination issues, which we strongly believe will no longer be an issue in a stable, caring home. Anxiety medications have helped tremendously, but it would be kinder to remove her from the situation than continue subjecting her to both stress and meds.

She is going to thrive once she finds her new quiet, forever home. Keep in mind, it may take her a while to trust someone new, but once she warms up you'll see that she's full of love and affection.

She enjoys low-key days and cuddly nights. Her hobbies include snuggling, headbutts, cuddling on the couch, and more cuddles at bedtime.

Ember will do best as the only animal in a home with adults only or with respectful teenagers. If you have a quieter home and loving, patient heart, Ember would love to meet you.
