Scrappy is an energetic dog that would do best in an experienced, adult only home. He doesn't seem to like other animals at this time. Would not recommend around children. He is loving, and wants to be where you are, and help you! Scrappy is a sweetheart and can give kisses too. He MUST be on a lead, or in a fenced in yard. He is not neutered, but a certificate will be given to help with the cost.
