Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Paula is a female Rat-Cha, which is a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua blend. She was born on 12/5/18 in a high kill shelter with very little chance of survival due to the high number of unwanted animals in the South. Luckily, when she was 9 weeks old, rescue stepped in and saved Paula and her 4 siblings. She weighs approximately 8-9 lbs and shouldn't weigh more than 12 when full grown (estimate). She has very short, glossy black fur with brindle legs. She has a couple of marks on her head from sibling wrestling matches! Paula was treated for ringworm during her time at the shelter and most of her fur has completely grown in. She is not contagious and is completely healthy now. The whole is litter is low shedding and they are active running around but the moment you pick them up, they snuggle and give sweet kisses. They will be completely vetted as of 3/15/18; altered, rabies/puppy shots, bordatella and dewormed. Paula loves human companionship and begs to be held and loved on whenever she sees you. Paula is very nice but may not be the best breed around small children because of puppy toenails scratching when jumping up for attention. Of course, Paula is still a very young puppy and will settle down as she gets older and in a routine. Paula and her siblings are normally kept in an outside kennel with a grassy area that they use for potty time. They have been inside and used a potty pad during inclement weather. Paula loves to play, inside or outside and loves squeaky toys!!! If you are looking for a great companion in a small size then Paula is for you!!!
