My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is a male mixed breed; we think rat-terrier and min-pin. He was born on 12/5/18 in a high kill shelter with very little chance of survival due to the high number of unwanted animals in the South. Luckily, when he was 9 weeks old, rescue stepped in and saved Max and his 4 siblings. Max was the shyest of the litter, but now has really come into his own. He is a gorgeous dark, dark brown/black brindle color with dark brown eyes that will melt your heart. He weighs approximately 15lbs and shouldn't weigh more than 25-30 lbs when full grown (estimate). The whole litter is low shedding and they are active running around but the moment you pick them up, they snuggle and give sweet kisses. They are completely vetted as of 3/15/18; altered, rabies/puppy shots, bordatella and dewormed. Max and his siblings are normally kept in an outside kennel with a grassy area that they use for potty time. They have been inside and used a potty pad during inclement weather. Max loves to play, inside or outside and loves squeaky toys!!! If you are looking for a great companion in a small size then Max is for you!!!
