My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rose is a puller on the leash. Handler needs to learn how to control her while walking, and she would benefit from some leash training. She gets down and pulls hard.
She's bonded with her foster mom fast! But with her previous foster (also a woman), Rose exhibited jealousy. She's an 8.5 on the alpha scale. The lower dogs stay away from her but her foster mom's alpha, Sarge, likes her.
Rose is so smart and crate trained. She was rescued with two other dogs, Phantom and Muzzy. Rose and Phantom have to be separated at all times, even when being crated. Rose has figured out how to escape her collapsible wire kennel. Her foster uses plastic hay-baling twine to secure the front and rear panels.
Rose is a 45 lbs American Staffordshire mix, and we believe she's 2-3 years old. She is currently in Texas, but transport can be arranged to an approved adopter!
