My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We got a call about Bessie, that she was being beaten and abused by her owner. It took some time and convincing, but we were finally able to secure her. She is very uncertain of the world, but wants to be able to trust in people. We are completely dedicated to helping Bessie gain confidence and trust in people again so she can enjoy the good life. Bessie loves the company of other dogs and has leaned on Sampson and Brownie to help her feel safe and connected to people. We are excited to see her already coming out of her shell. We are happy that she is safe and can have a chance at a fresh start.
