Poptart is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so he is willing to move north for a good loving forever home.

Poptart and his siblings were saved from a small town, fast kill dog pound. We think he is a rat terrier, now around 7 months of age. Both of Poptart's siblings have been adopted, but sweet Poptart still needs a home. Poptart is a wonderful puppy. He is gentle, friendly, playful and loving, but still a little shy about meeting new people. He loves treats and toys, and loves to cuddle and gives lots of kisses. Poptart is great with children and he loves to stretch out and nap on the back of the couch. Poptart is active and loves to run and play with other dogs. Poptart is crate trained, house trained and otherwise fairly good in the house. But he is still young and could use more training and socialization. Poptart must be in the house as a loved member of the family. He must be walked on a leash would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.

Poptart is healthy. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped. He is heartworm negative and current on heartworm and flea preventative. Poptart has a $500.00 adoption fee which includes ground transport to Strasburg VA or Hagerstown MD. He will not be sent north until after he is adopted.
